     From 23 July 1784, her married name became Blamire.¹

     William Blamire was born at Hollinbush, Dalston, Cumberland, England^G.¹ He was the son of William Blamire.² He married Jane Christian, daughter of John Christian and Jane Curwen, on 23 July 1784 at Brancaster, Norfolk, England^G.¹ He died on 29 January 1814 at Thackwood Nook, Cumberland, England^G.¹
     He was a naval surgeon.¹ He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.)

     From 20 December 1774, her married name became Taubman.²

     Major John Taubman was born in 1746 at The Bowling Green, Castletown, Isle of Man^G.¹ He was the son of John Taubman and Esther Christian.¹ He married Dorothy Christian, daughter of John Christian and Jane Curwen, on 20 December 1774.² He died on 1 December 1822 at The Nunnery Estate, Braddan, Isle of Man^G.¹ He was buried at Kirk Malew, Isle of Man^G.¹
     In 1773 he bought The Nunnery from Deemster Peter Heywood.¹ He held the office of Speaker of the House of Keys [Isle of Man] between 1799 and 1822.³ He held the office of Member of the House of Keys (M.H.K.) between 1799 and 1822.³
