     He gained the rank of Major in the Royal West Kent Regiment.1 He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.)1

Lucy Agnes Vera Verney-Cave was born on 1 January 1905.1 She was the daughter of Adrian Verney Verney-Cave, 6th Lord Braye and Ethel Mary Bouverie-Pusey.1 She married Captain Lucien Leslie Falkiner, son of Sir Leslie Edmund Percy Riggs Falkiner, 7th Bt. and Kathleen Mary Orde-Powlett, on 10 May 1935.1 She died in 1980.
     From 10 May 1935, her married name became Falkiner.1 She gained the rank of Ferry Pilot in the Air Transport Auxiliary, during the Second World War.1

Lucy Agnes Vera Verney-Cave, daughter of Adrian Verney Verney-Cave, 6th Lord Braye and Ethel Mary Bouverie-Pusey, on 10 May 1935.1 He died circa 30 May 1940 at Cassel, Department Nord, France, killed in action.1
     He gained the rank of Captain in the Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire Light Infantry.3 He fought in the Second World War. He gained the rank of Captain in the 43rd Light Infantry.1
