Sir Andrew Harvey Armstrong, 3rd Bt. was born on 23 May 1866.1 He was the son of Reverend Sir Edmund Frederick Armstrong, 2nd Bt. and Alice Fisher.1 He died on 3 June 1922 at age 56, unmarried.1
He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for King's County.1 He gained the rank of Captain in the 3rd Battalion, Leinster Regiment (Royal Canadians.)1 He gained the rank of Temporary Captain in the 5th (Service) Battalion, Connaught Rangers Imperial Yeomanry.1 He succeeded as the 3rd Baronet Armstrong, of Gallen Priory, King's Co.
