Isabel le Despenser was born posthumously on 26 July 1400 at Cardiff, Glamorgan, WalesG.1 She was also reported to have been born on 26 July 1400 at Elmley, Worcestershire, EnglandG.2 She was the daughter of Thomas le Despenser, 1st and last Earl of Gloucester and Constance Langley.3 She married, firstly, Richard Beauchamp, 1st Earl of Worcester, son of William Beauchamp, 1st Lord Bergavenny and Lady Joan FitzAlan, on 27 July 1411 at Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.1 She married, secondly, Richard de Beauchamp, 13th Earl of Warwick, son of Thomas de Beauchamp, 12th Earl of Warwick and Margaret Ferrers, on 26 November 1423 at Hanley Castle, Worcestershire, EnglandG, by Papal dispensation.4 She died on 27 December 1439 at age 39 at Friars Minoress, London, EnglandG.4 She was buried on 13 January 1439/40 at Tewkesbury Abbey, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.4 Her will was proven (by probate) on 4 February 1439/40.5

Richard Beauchamp, 1st Earl of Worcester was born before 1397.2 He was the son of William Beauchamp, 1st Lord Bergavenny and Lady Joan FitzAlan.2 He married Isabel le Despenser, daughter of Thomas le Despenser, 1st and last Earl of Gloucester and Constance Langley, on 27 July 1411 at Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2 He died on 18 March 1421/22 at Meaux, FranceG, mortally wounded in action, without male issue.2,3 He was buried on 25 April 1422 at Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, EnglandG.2
